The Search for the Truth

Yesterday I ate some food that my mom makes sometimes and I must say, my mom makes it wayyyy better. I’m biased but whatevs.

I miss my mom’s cooking. So hungry for it.

I saw a photo of a woman carrying a large bag that mind as well be a gym bag and loved it. But can you imagine a Muslim girl cladded in black clothing from head to toe with a large “mysterious” bag.

That bag is cute.

I wonder how a post abortive woman deals with the trauma of terminating a what-if future alive breathing child. I just wonder how you could think that.

Today I got a bloody nose while making wudhu and it was a bit relieving. I pinched the bridge of my nose and let the blood flow into the tissues. Wudhu never felt so much cleaner and refreshing afterwards.

I can’t wait for next week when it will actually start feeling like summmmerrrrr. Weddings, graduations, and family and friends are coming to town, inshaAllaah!!!

I don’t know how my mother did it. SubhanAllaah. I have been appreciating and respecting mothers who have many kids, but now I really respect them on a whole new level because pregnancy is the hardest thing. All women go through it differently but in the end, it is difficult.
